In this week’s podcast I will share with you my personal journey, from starting as a sales man at IBM in the Netherlands, on the 1st of April 1981, to being a self published, social media playmaker working with clients and presenting at conferences all over the world. My experience spans over 30 years of marketing and sales in the technology, telecoms and gaming business in a wide variety of companies, from large global organisations to local startups. Over the years I have built up extensive expertise in every area of traditional and online marketing.
Hopefully my story inspires you to follow your dreams. You only live once and every day you have the opportunity to make the changes you need to make to give more satisfaction in the way you work, live and communicate. Just start by asking yourself a simple question when you wake up in the morning: Am I happy? Do I enjoy going to work? Do I inspire people? Do I get recognition for what I do? These are fundamental questions and the answers will tell you if are happy with your life? If not, go for change. It is possible.
